Return Policy

Our Product Return, Exchange Policy, & Instructions


Nobody likes returns. They're stressful and they're a hassle. So at Bayrli, we've decided to take all the stress and hassle out of returns. If you're not happy with your Bayrli product(s), you are entitled to a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase when you send it back to us!* And don't forget this is in addition to your Bayrli Lifetime Warranty.

Please be advised every return will be inspected, and we cannot approve the return of damaged or used goods for quality and hygiene reasons. All returns must be received within 10 days of your return request being approved.

Bayrli reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15%.

To start your return request, please email returns@bayrli.com and provide your order number, name, and which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return so that we may assist you.

 

Warranty Claims


With your Bayrli Lifetime Warranty, you need not worry about us taking care of you. If any part of your Bayrli product appears to be defective or is not working as intended, please fill out a warranty claim after reviewing our Warranty policies and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.


Domestic USA and Ireland Returns


If you'd like to send your product back for an exchange or store credit, please select that option during the return process. We'll send you an eGift card via email, which can be used to place a new order for the product you want in exchange, or as store credit to be redeemed at any point in the future.

Return credits or refunds will be initiated as soon as your return is received and verified by us. Please allow 1 week for this process to be complete in full.


International Returns


If you'd like to send your product back for an exchange or store credit, please select that option during the return process. We'll send you an eGift card via email, which can be used to place a new order for the product you want in exchange, or as store credit to be redeemed at any point in the future.

Return credits or refunds will be initiated as soon as your return is received and verified by us. Please allow up to 2 weeks for this process to complete in full.

*Please note for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used, washed, damaged, or stained. Pre-order items are non-refundable but are covered by our unique warranty. Gift items can be exchanged if unused, unwashed, and undamaged, or store credit may be issued if you choose. Proof of purchase required.
