We offer flat-rate delivery fees for all US and Irish domestic orders. Shipping is free on orders of $100/€50 and above.

For Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, we offer a flat rate free. Shipping over $150 is also free.

For Europe, we have broken our flat-rate fees into zones which you can view in detail here. Shipping is also free over different thresholds per zone.

For all other international orders, shipping rates are visible at checkout.

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day when the items are in stock. Domestic USA and Ireland delivery takes up to 2 days, whilst international orders take up to 5 days. All orders are fully tracked.

From time to time, we may offer coupons, provide discounts, or run sales on bayrli.com (just because we like you). These are explicitly for their intended purpose and duration, hold no cash value, and are nonrefundable.

At Bayrli we utilise sophisticated multi-currency options on our site for peace of mind when browsing and checking out. Nobody likes hidden fees, especially foreign exchange fees. We currently support many international currencies, and will always consider supporting more if demand necessitates.

We want you to use our products on your little one right from birth. But we also realise that sometimes there are many factors that may render that impossible. At Bayrli we support stress-free parenting, so we offer not 1, not 2, but 3 buy now pay later options at checkout. Available in certain territories, for now, we are always working to expand these offerings.

At checkout, you see will clearly see if any taxes are owed on your order. We collect taxes where we are registered: USA and EU. Shipping outside of these territories does not require taxes to be paid however, you may be subject to customs and import duty. All of our orders are clearly labeled and tracked, and Bayrli is not responsible for any charges you may occur once your order has shipped.

Go to our Returns Page. Enter your order number and email address in the fields and click Start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

- They must be in original condition.

- For diapers, pads, and clothing, unwashed and unworn.

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

There are no charges for returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. We also suggest using a tracked label for returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Our products are designed to last, and as such they often find their way on to second hand marketplaces. Please note that we are not responsible for the condition of these items, nor are we responsible for the sale, refund, or dispatch of these items.

Clean when dirty. Dry when wet. Store when not in use. Seriously! We recommend all products be washed at 40C and tumble dried low, preferably line dried. That's it. Our products are meant to be used, so go use them!

When you place an order with us, we ship from the warehouse that allows us to get your order to you as quickly, efficiently, and sustainably as possible.
